At Lion Head, enjoy the private, secluded environment of living on the bay canal, with the open beach area only a 5 minute walk away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this fully furnished pet-friendly location is the perfect spot for your family to spend time relaxing on the large open deck, fishing, canoeing and swimming around the dock. Unwind in this peaceful and picturesque setting with magnificent views of the canal leading out to Back Bay and an expansive grassy backyard replete with volleyball net, horseshoes and a gas grill. The 1/3 acre lot is very private, well screened by evergreen trees from neighbors and the street. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac there is very little traffic.

Located very close to the well regarded “S curve” surfer’s mecca, you can watch others or catch a few waves yourself. The state park is also not far, offering ocean and bay experiences; it is an easy bike ride from Lion Head.

Lion Head is fully furnished, includes all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: central heating and A/C in addition to ceiling fans,TV/ DVD/VCR, and all kitchen appliances, dishes, and cooking equipment, see below

Lion Head is comfortable and spacious with 2200 sq. ft. spread among 10 rooms and a 600 sq. ft. garage. The main floor (2nd) has K, LR, Master BR and Bath suite, two additional BR’s, and a second bathroom. The first floor has a BR and Bath suite.

Lion Head requires a fully-refundable deposit for all pets. This is to cover any extra cleaning costs or damage.
• First Pet $600
• Each pet thereafter $300 ( limit 4 )
• Tenant agrees to have a professionally done cleaning at end of lease and provide certificate as proof

CREDIT CHECK

References and credit check are required before renting.

We have a simple, easy system to perform a credit and reference check as well as transmit security deposit and rent payments. There is a $30.00 fee for the credit check, but we are frequently able to supply discount coupons. For references, we would like references from your current, or most recent, landlord as well as your current employer.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENT PAYMENT

Refundable security deposit of one month rent to be paid at commencement of lease, along with the pet fee, if any, and the first month rent.This is to be by a certified payment, such as cashier's check or money order.

Thereafter rent is due first of each month for that months occupancy -- The late fee is $100. Subsequent payments will be by direct deposit to our account.
